- Provide a safe COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-In POD event through effective, efficient processes
- Administer up to 800 Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to the following cohort;
- All tribal enrolled members (16 years and older) of the GRIC and Ak-Chin Communities and residents of their household. This includes GRIC and Ak-Chin tribal enrolled urban members and residents of their household.
- Integrate with Rawhide/WHPDA for site use, site design, safe traffic flows and staffing
- Provide for all the necessary equipment, supplies and/or additional resources needed for the event
- Provide effective communications and messaging in all available forms for the cohorts identified
- Provide safe administration and monitoring of vaccines
- Provide for the safety and security of the event through high visibility personnel posting
- Develop and distribute emergency protocols appropriate for the event
- Maintain effective, integrated communications through a detailed communications plan
- Develop and implement financial tracking processes
Command Emphasis
- 1100 hrs: All Staff to arrive Check-In/Credential/Health Screening process.
- 1115 hrs: Event Blessing
- 1120 hrs: Ops/Safety Briefings (location TBD)
- 1135 hrs: Group/Unit Briefings (at stations)

- All personnel arriving to the footprint must report through Check-In and Credentialing process. All personnel must Check-Out at the end of their shift
- Maintain effective communications with your group supervisor and/or unit leader
- Rotate staff for regular respite, nourishment and hydration
- Know and understand the Emergency Protocols
- In an escalating incident, utilize NIMS guidelines
- Command Post (CP) will be located at the Rawhide Conference Room
- All staff onsite will be working under their home department's payroll, infectious control, injury and human resources practices for the duration of the event.
General Situational Awareness
- Maintain nourishment and hydration
- Maintain situational awareness and report and follow-up on all suspicious activity
- Be alert and aware at all times
- Remember the 3 W’s- Wear an approved Mask, Wash your hands often, Watch your physical distancing
- Wear appropriate and approved PPE for your assignment
- Maintain all safety precautions in and around traffic flow
- Any personnel in or near traffic flow must wear a high visibility traffic vest

Staff Meal/Respite Plan
Meals, snacks and hydration will be provided for the staff. Location will be at the north end of the event center.
Snacks: coffee, orange juice, water, pastries, granola bars, fruit
Meal: 2:00pm-4:00pm
Group Supervisors/Unit Leaders will provide a 30 minute lunch break for all staff for rest and nourishment.

- Participants will be divided and sat by the Red and Green identifiers. Monitor for sign and symptoms of vaccine reaction or other medical and/or psychological conditions (Green= minimum of 15 min / Red= minimum of 30 minutes and more frequent observation)
- Provide for the acute medical & psychological care, documentation and ambulance transportation of all those on the footprint
- All acute medical conditions must be fully documented on an ePCR per Base Hospital Guidelines
- Notify Operations of any emergent medical care rendered
- If no conditions present then the participant will be released for exiting the venue
Special Instructions:
- Utilizing an ICS 213 form submit supply requests through Logistics Section
- Provide exceptional visitor/customer care and assistance
- All personnel assigned to the Group must wear a respirator type mask (i.e., N95) with a procedure mask covering
- Medical gloves must be changed between each patient and/or vehicle encounter
- All personnel working around the traffic flow must be wearing high viz traffic vests
- Maintain communications with your Unit Leader/Group Supervisor
- Staff breaks and respite will be managed through the Unit Leader
